General Policy

At JacksonFilms VIP, we strive to provide the highest quality independent cinema experience. However, as our products are digital goods aimed at immediate consumption, we maintain a strict refund policy to protect our intellectual property and rights.

Strict Refund Conditions

Due to the nature of digital content, we DO NOT offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Once the video content has been played, streamed, or downloaded (partially or fully).
  • If more than 7 days have passed since the original purchase date.
  • For dissatisfaction based on personal artistic taste or preference.

Eligible Refunds

We may consider a refund request within 7 days of purchase ONLY if:

  • The content has NOT been viewed or accessed.
  • There is a proven technical error preventing the content from being played on standard, supported devices, which our support team could not resolve.
  • Duplicate charges were made in error.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@jacksonfilms.vip with your order ID and a detailed explanation of the issue.

Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record (FastSpring/PayPro Global) and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
