Authorized charges will appear as AVAKIAN*JACKSONFILMS. Subscriptions automatically renew. You authorize us to charge your payment method at agreed intervals.

4. DMCA Safe Harbor

We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. To report copyright infringement, submit a formal Takedown Notice to our Designated Agent at: support@jacksonfilms.vip. We reserve the right to remove third-party licensed content subject to valid claims without liability.

5. Binding Arbitration (Delaware)

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be settled by binding arbitration in the State of Delaware, United States. You and Avakian Studios INC agree to waive the right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

6. Support SLA

We guarantee a technical and billing support response time of forty-eight (48) hours.
