Payment Processing: We act as the provider of the service, but payments are processed by our authorized Merchant of Record (MoR), FastSpring/PayPro Global. By making a purchase, you agree to their terms of sale and privacy policies.
3. License & Usage
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the content on JacksonFilms VIP strictly for your personal, non-commercial use. No right, title, or interest shall be transferred to you.
4. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Usage is strictly personal. Sharing your account credentials with third parties needs explicit authorization.
- We reserve the right to terminate accounts that exhibit suspicious activity or concurrent login patterns indicative of credential sharing.
5. Content Availability
The availability of content on JacksonFilms VIP may change from time to time due to licensing discussions. We reserve the right to replace or remove content without prior notice.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
