Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Consumed Digital Goods (No Refunds)

All sales are final. Once a VOD subscription is activated, the digital goods are legally considered "consumed". We do not offer prorated refunds for canceled subscriptions.

2. "Friendly Fraud" and Minor Purchases

You are responsible for securing your payment methods. We do not grant refunds for claims of unauthorized use by minors or associates ("Friendly Fraud").

3. SLA Exceptions

Refunds are strictly limited to verifiable duplicate billing errors caused by our gateway, or total server infrastructure failure exceeding 48 consecutive hours. Claims must be submitted within 48 hours.

4. Cancellation Protocol

Utilize the 1-Click cancellation feature in your Dashboard prior to the next billing cycle to halt future charges. You will retain access until the end of the paid period.

5. Chargeback Abuse

Unjustified chargebacks are a breach of contract. Avakian Studios INC actively disputes chargebacks utilizing IP and session logs. Fraudulent chargebacks result in permanent network bans.
